Zhongshan Yunlai project is the first Whole House smart community built by Times Real Estate in South China. The project is located in the luxury residential area of Zhongshan Expo, Guangdong, where famous schools are gathered and the supporting facilities are complete. It covers an area of about 40,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 96,000 square meters, and a total of 516 sets of smart hardcover rooms. This project is a classic case of the whole house smart community. The marketing plan was very successful, and it sold well at the opening. The opening price of the project was 2,000 yuan/m2 more expensive than surrounding competing products, and the price was adjusted twice within 2 months after the opening, with a single price adjustment reaching 2,000 yuan/m2. The project is equipped with intelligent lighting control, double-layer intelligent curtains in the living room/master bedroom, intelligent door locks, intelligent cameras, human body sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, intelligent speakers, kitchen water purifiers, air purifiers and other intelligent equipment.
